I was the co-owner and co-founder of this business specializing in neutral workplace investigations and training. I investigated diverse allegations of workplace misconduct in a wide variety of employment settings. I created and delivered engaging training modules on respect, inclusion, unconscious bias, and harassment prevention (including the role of the bystander).
Stinson, LLP
2012-2016
I was a partner and employment litigator and counselor at this large firm based in Minneapolis and Kansas City. I was a shareholder at Leonard, Street and Deinard, which merged with Stinson in 2013.
Law Offices of Robert Zeglovitch
2006-2012
I undertook the adventure of leaving my position as a large law firm shareholder to open my own solo law practice. I continued my representation of corporate clients in employment matters, but also counseled and advised individuals with employment issues and claims. A significant component of my work during this time period was neutral workplace investigations.
Leonard, Street and Deinard
1988 – 2006
I was a shareholder at this prominent Minneapolis firm. My practice focused on employment litigation and counseling, primarily for corporate clients, ranging from large Fortune 50 firms to smaller and medium sized privately held businesses. I served as the Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group for eight years. During my time at the firm, I co-chaired and organized the major continuing legal education seminar devoted to sexual harassment in the Twin Cities for many years.
Pepin, Dayton, Herman & Graham
1985-1988
I began my private law practice at this high quality smaller firm, where I was given rapid responsibility for client matters and quickly developed litigation and trial skills. While I focused on employment matters for both corporate and individual clients, I also gained experience in general commercial litigation and personal injury law.
U.S. District Court Judge Harry H. MacLaughlin
1984-1985
I served as a judicial clerk to this highly regarded federal trial court judge. This experience coming out of law school was invaluable in laying the groundwork for my future career as a litigator.
